How it works

1. Apply below — tell us who you are and how you plan to promote Redmine 1-Click. We review applications within 48 hours.
2. Share your link — once approved, you get a unique referral link (e.g. redmine1click.com/?ref=YOURCODE). Place it on your blog, YouTube channel, newsletter, or wherever your audience lives.
3. Earn commissions — when someone clicks your link and purchases Redmine 1-Click, you earn 25% of the sale. We pay out monthly.

Our affiliate program is a great fit if you are:

• A blogger or content creator writing about project management, DevOps, or open-source tools
• A YouTuber or podcaster covering server administration or self-hosted software
• A Redmine consultant who helps clients set up and maintain their installations
• A sysadmin or developer with a following in the Linux / open-source community

Program terms

• Commission rate: 25% of the net sale amount. The commission is calculated on the subtotal (the product price after any discounts, but before taxes). VAT and payment processing fees are excluded from the commission base.
• Cookie duration: 60 days, last-click attribution. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last one before purchase gets the commission.
• Payout schedule: Monthly, via PayPal or Wise. Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the sale (to account for the refund period).
• Minimum payout: 25 EUR. Balances below this threshold carry over to the next month.
• Refunds: If a customer requests a refund, the associated commission is voided automatically.
• Prohibited practices: Spam, adware, cookie stuffing, misleading claims, and bidding on "Redmine 1-Click" branded keywords in paid ads are not allowed.
• Termination: Either party can end the affiliate relationship at any time. Pending earned commissions will still be paid out.
