1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Redmine 1-Click Installer ("the Product"), operated by Best Redmine Theme ("we", "us", or "our") at redmine1click.com. By purchasing and downloading the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

2. What the Product Does

Redmine 1-Click Installer is a shell script that automates the installation of Redmine project management software on a compatible Linux server. The script is generated based on the configuration you provide and is delivered digitally as a single downloadable file.

Our commitment is straightforward: the generated script will install Redmine successfully on a supported, freshly provisioned server that meets all system requirements.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

4. Product Scope (Non-Refund Topics)

Refunds are covered by the 30-day guarantee above. The following points define product scope and operational responsibilities after delivery:

• Ongoing operation, uptime, or performance of your Redmine instance
• Software updates, security patches, or version upgrades after installation
• Database backups, data recovery, or disaster planning
• Configuration changes, plugin installation, or customisation after setup
• Issues caused by third-party providers (VPS, DNS, firewall, cloud security groups)
• Technical support, consulting, or troubleshooting of any kind

5. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the generated script on your own servers. You may use the script on any number of servers you own or manage, and modify it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the script to third parties.

6. Digital Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally via a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. The download link expires after 48 hours and allows up to 3 downloads. It is your responsibility to save the file after downloading.

7. Your Responsibilities

By downloading and running the generated script you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood the System Requirements.
• You are responsible for securing, maintaining, and backing up your server and Redmine installation after setup.
• You will keep Redmine and its dependencies updated to address security vulnerabilities.
• Running any script as root carries inherent risk and you do so at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to data loss, loss of revenue, or server downtime. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product, which is fully covered by the money-back guarantee above.

9. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and payment processing on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
