This Privacy Policy explains how Redmine 1-Click ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website at redmine1click.com and purchase our Product.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver the Product:

Email address — provided at checkout, used to send you the download link.
Configuration data — the server configuration options you select in the wizard (OS, database, web server, domain, etc.). This data is used solely to generate your personalised installer script and is deleted after delivery.

We do not collect payment information. All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

3. How We Use Your Data

To generate and deliver your installer script via email.
To respond to support requests if you contact us.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than product delivery.

4. Data Retention

Configuration data is stored temporarily on our server for up to 24 hours to allow script generation and download. It is then deleted automatically. Your email address may be retained for up to 12 months in our transaction records.

5. Third-Party Processors

Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all payments. When you purchase, your payment data is handled directly by Paddle under their own Privacy Policy. We receive from Paddle only your email address and a transaction confirmation.

6. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The Paddle checkout may set cookies as part of the payment process, governed by Paddle's policy.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption and restricted server access. We do not store payment card information.
