1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the Redmine 1-Click Installer ("the Product"), operated by Best Redmine Theme ("we", "us", or "our") at redmine1click.com. By purchasing and downloading the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

2. Product Description

Redmine 1-Click Installer is a shell script that automates the installation of Redmine project management software on a compatible Linux server. The script is generated based on the configuration you provide and is delivered digitally as a single downloadable file.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the generated script on your own servers. You may:

Use the script on any number of servers you own or manage.
Modify the script for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the script to third parties.

4. Digital Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally via a single-use download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. The download link expires after 24 hours. It is your responsibility to save the file after downloading.

5. System Requirements

The script is designed for the operating system, database, and web server combination you select during configuration. It is your responsibility to ensure your server meets the stated requirements before running the script. We are not responsible for failures resulting from incompatible or misconfigured server environments.

6. No Warranty

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the script will work without errors in every possible server environment. Use it at your own risk, preferably on a fresh server before deploying to production.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to data loss or server downtime.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and payment processing on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
